We offer a range of massage styles including Swedish, deep tissue, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre/Post Natal and chair massage tailored to your needs. Each session is customized to address your specific muscle tension and relaxation goals.

At this time only Spa parties and Chair events are available at desired location. All other services are at my location 105 N Washington St, Ste 302, Alexandria Va.

Booking is simple via phone, email, or our online scheduling system. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.

Your therapist will discuss your health history and massage preferences before starting. Sessions focus on your comfort, with adjustments made throughout to suit your needs.

Certain conditions like infections, open wounds, or recent surgeries may require postponing massage. Please inform your therapist of any health concerns during booking to ensure safety.

Lymphatic drainage is a specialized, gentle massage technique that stimulates the flow of lymph fluid using very light pressure and rhythmic pumping motions. It helps move waste from body tissues, supports the immune system, reduces swelling, and promotes deep relaxation. Unlike traditional massage, it uses extremely light touch to work with your body's natural lymphatic system.

Lymphatic drainage offers numerous benefits including detoxification (eliminating metabolic waste and toxins), reduced swelling and fluid retention, enhanced immune function, clearer skin with reduced puffiness, and deep stress relief. Many clients find it helps them feel lighter, more energized, and supports overall wellness—like "feng shui-ing" your body.

This massage may not be suitable if you have acute infections or fever, congestive heart failure, history of blood clots or DVT, active kidney or liver issues, or undiagnosed tumors. Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any underlying medical conditions. Note: I do not provide post-cosmetic surgery lymphatic drainage at this time.

Lymphatic drainage uses very light, gentle pressure—much lighter than traditional massage. The rhythmic, pumping motions are soothing and relaxing. While you won't feel deep tissue work, the results can be remarkable in terms of reduced swelling, improved energy, and overall wellness. Many clients find it deeply calming and meditative.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options for your convenience. Payment is collected at the time of service, either in person or via secure online methods.
